Influencia White
White Grenache & Macabeo
Authenticity and freshness with vineyards over 50 years old.
Made from old vines that are over half a century old, White Influencia is a wine born from expertise and respect for the terroir. It ferments slowly for 20 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C and ages on lees for between 1 and 2 months, gaining complexity and texture without losing freshness.
Appearance: a clean, bright, straw-yellow hue. The nose displays a delicate and balanced aromatic profile, with notes of white fruit, citrus, and subtle floral hints. The palate is elegant and smooth, with volume, freshness, and a sweet finish that invites continued drinking.
Recommended pairing: Ideal with pasta with creamy sauces, seafood rice dishes, and all types of fish and seafood.
Serving temperature: between 10 and 12°C.


Influencia Red
Red Grenache & Carignan
Vineyards with more than 50 years of history.
Made with grapes from old vines over 50 years old, Influencia Red is a wine that reflects the depth and authenticity of the Terra Alta region. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 20-25 days at a controlled temperature of 25°C, allowing for the maximum expression of the Red Grenache and Carignan varieties.
In the glass, it stands out for its intense, bright, and attractive violet-red color. On the nose, it presents an explosion of aromas of red and black fruits, complemented by delicate spicy touches that add complexity. On the palate, it is fresh, smooth, and well-structured, with a long, persistent finish.
Recommended pairing: Ideal with roasted meats, aged cheeses, complex salads, grilled vegetables, rice dishes, sausages, and stews.
Serving temperature: between 12 and 15°C.
