1. RETURN POLICY

1.1 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

​

The user will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the product to withdraw, totally or partially, from the purchase of the product, in accordance with article 102.d) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of Nov. 16.

Once the indicated period has expired, MK WINES, SCP will not accept returns for the withdrawal of product purchases.

In the event of desisting from the purchase, the user must contact MK WINES SCP by sending an email to influenciawines@gmail.com

In any case, in the event of withdrawal, the following requirements must be met:

1. The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered, keeping its original packaging and labeling.

2. The return will be made using the same box or, failing that, a similar format that guarantees the condition of the product.

3. A proof of purchase must be included in the shipment together with the delivery note of the products, which also indicates those products returned.

1.2. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

​

Without prejudice to any other rights that may correspond to the user, the user will have the right to a refund of the price of defective products or those delivered that do not correspond to the order placed by him. In addition, the user will have the right to claim, and have it delivered, an equal product in perfect condition.

In the cases of return to MK WINES, SCP . of defective products or that do not correspond to the order, this must be carried out by the User through the procedure established in the previous section, although the User, in this case, will not have to face the costs of returning said products.

If the user has followed the procedure established in the previous section and the requirements established in that section have been met, MK WINES, SCP . will refund the price paid corresponding to the products that are returned that are defective or that do not correspond to the order of products made by the user, in accordance with the provisions of the following section.

 

1.3. REFUND OF THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS TO THE USER

If the user has followed the procedure established in this section and the requirements established therein have been met, MK WINES, SCP will refund the price paid by the user for the returned products. In the event that the return is made in exercise of the user's right of withdrawal described in section 1, MK WINES, SCP . It will not pay or face the expenses and / or return costs.

The user will not be entitled to a refund of the price of returned products that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered, or the requirements established in these Return Conditions have not been met.

Partial returns of an order will result in a refund of the price corresponding to the returned product or products. MK WINES, SCP will manage the price refund order through the same payment system used by the user during the product acquisition process, within a maximum period of 30 days from the collection of the product and once MK WINES, SCP . has verified that the returned products meet the requirements established in sections 1 and 2 and above. The application of the refund of the price in the user's account will depend on their bank.

2. SHIPPING POLICY

​

MK WINES, SCP . will not ship any orders until you have verified that payment has been made. Merchandise shipments will usually be made by express courier according to the destination freely designated by the USER.

The delivery dates or deadlines will be understood as approximate, the delay not constituting an essential non-compliance. In the event that MK WINES, SCP had not delivered the merchandise after 30 days from the agreed delivery date, the customer will be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund of the total amount paid at no cost, and without due This results in no liability for damages attributable to MK WINES, SCP .

The delivery time is usually between 3 and 5 working days, depending on the destination population and the chosen form of payment. This term is understood as long as the availability of the merchandise has been confirmed and the full payment of the order has been verified.

 

MK WINES, SCP . will not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product or service does not take place, because the data provided by the USER is false, inaccurate or incomplete.

The delivery will be considered made when the carrier has made the products available to the USER and the USER, or the latter's delegate, has signed the delivery receipt document.

It is the responsibility of the USER to verify the products upon receipt and expose all the exceptions and claims that may be justified in the delivery receipt document.

3. TRANSPORTATION COSTS

​

Shipping costs are calculated automatically according to the destination and the number of products purchased. Shipping costs will be detailed throughout the purchase process and can be reviewed before finalizing the purchase.

A rate of € 9 / Box (VAT included) will be applied for the Peninsula. For other quantities, it will be calculated automatically when entering the customer's data based on the number of bottles and the shipping address.
